
When we refund, how to request one, and what is not refundable.
• Service down for more than 24 hours in a row
• Technical issues we cannot fix within 48 hours
• Billing or duplicate charge errors on our side
• Service materially not as described
Request within 7 days of purchase or renewal. After we approve, refunds go to the original payment method in 5–10 business days.
• Credits or usage already consumed
• Change of mind or no longer needing the service
• Accounts terminated for breaching our Terms
Email [email protected] within 7 days. Include your account email and payment reference. We review within 2 business days and confirm by email when processed.
Refunds go to the card or account you paid with. Timing depends on your bank or provider (typically 5–10 business days).
We may offer partial refunds (e.g. pro-rated for annual plans, or when only part of the service was affected).
You can cancel anytime in account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund for unused time in that period. We may terminate accounts for Terms violations without refund.
